Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various installation tasks, including HVAC/R systems and ammonia refrigeration. This role is essential for ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct equipment repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to build, plumb, and design systems tailored to client specifications.
- Perform property maintenance tasks to uphold the integrity of installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site and ensure a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, including ammonia refrigeration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Experience in building, plumbing, or designing systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
