Pay Range: $18.00- $35.00

Responsibilities:
- Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations and other related in-home, service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
- Establish customer rapport to provide the best solutions to our customer’s problems.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options and maintenance plans.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
