Project Manager – Energy

Paragon is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee operations across multiple Energy facilities in an assigned area. This role is ideal for a strong leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes efficiently.
- Supervise contract employees across assigned sites, ensuring operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients and employees, addressing concerns proactively.
- Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership.
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
- Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations.
- Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment.
What You Bring:
- US citizenship preferred
- Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 3 years of security experience and 12+ months of supervisory experience
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other essential computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships
- Experience working at a Client Energy facility is a plus
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time as required
