TITLE: Senior Implementation Consultant
REPORTS TO: VP, Customer Success
DEPARTMENT: Customer Success
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission to transform the Food & Beverage industry through the implementation of our core product built on Salesforce. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude who can learn our product and Salesforce while growing with our company and help to continually improve and enhance our product. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise (SME) on Ohanafy’s platform (built on Salesforce) while providing data extraction, transformation, and loading services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a great teammate and help others while being adaptable and flexible enough to support ever-changing product needs based on customer and market feedback
- Work alongside VP of Customer Success and other team members to implement and onboard new customers.
- This position is primarily hands-on keyboard (data loading, Salesforce configuration, and implementation), with some lightweight analysis is required
- Design and configure solutions based on customer requirements and aligned with Ohanafy best practices and standards
- Testing and debugging of product features
- Contribute to technical and product documentation
- Become an Ohanafy Platform expert
- Demonstrate the ability to independently problem solve and research solutions
- Independently complete implementation and data tasks
- Participate in design sessions and suggest solutions
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry
REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with database design and workflow
- Excellent computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment, detail-oriented
- Ability and passion to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers
DESIRED:
- Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data into databases (ideally Dataloader)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
