Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and technology-proficient individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in maintaining, updating, and optimizing our brands’ websites, partner sites, and social media presence to improve consumer engagement and optimize conversion. You will work closely with FitLife Brands’ sales, brand management, and creative departments across a family of brands. You will utilize creative assets, implement content updates, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing website, social media content, and ecommerce improvement initiatives. You should be able to adapt messaging to the unique demographics of different brands within the nutrition, health and fitness category.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Maintenance: Update website content, including text, images, and multimedia, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Content Management: Utilize Shopify to create and edit product listings and add functionality using Shopify certified apps.
- Quality Assurance: Test website functionality across browsers and devices to identify and resolve bugs or display issues.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize web pages for SEO, including meta descriptions, alt tags, and keyword placement.
- Analytics Tracking: Assist with implementing and monitoring website performance using Google Analytics.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing team to implement new website features or social media campaigns to ensure consistent brand narrative across all channels. Coordinate with retailers to maximize impact of brand communications.
- Email Marketing: Assist with drafting, designing and scheduling email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Social Media: Assist with posting, maintenance, and addressing comments on our social media accounts. Coordinate with external content creators on various platforms.
- User Support: Assist with addressing website-related inquiries or issues from internal teams or users.
- Research: Stay up-to-date industry trends and best practices to maximize brand engagement and demand creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination or education and relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills and technological proficiency are critical.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to think creatively, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management tools.
- Experience with a content management system (CMS) and website platforms, Shopify and Klaviyo, Agorapulse experience preferred.
- Proficient in G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets Slides, etc.).
- Familiarity in SEO techniques and best practices.
- Ability to interpret basic website performance metrics and suggest improvements. Experience with paid social media advertising a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Ability to manipulate graphic files.
- Creative abilities including copywriting and use of visual space.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
