About Us: Property Pros Denver is a family-owned business that provides top-quality maintenance services for hundreds of rental properties across the metro area. What We Offer:
- Pay: $28.00–$32.00/hour

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (no weekends or on-call!)

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced: At least 3 years of experience in general maintenance, including appliance repair, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC adjustments. Experience with job tracking systems, technology platforms, and time management.
- Professional: Punctual, presentable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High-level customer service experience and desire to create an unmatched experience for our tenants and clients. Ability to Work collaboratively with the property management team and external vendors as needed.
- Prepared: Owns tools for basic repairs, has a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and can lift up to 75 lbs overhead.
- Active: Can comfortably be on their feet for 8-hour shifts.
- Certifications like CPO, CAMT, or EPA Type 2 are a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues efficiently across a variety of trades:
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Appliance Repair
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- HVAC adjustments
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance meets our high standards.
