·Stay current on operations processes as it pertains to braze process
·Problem solving issues on the line impacting proper braze process
·Perform otherduties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
-MustbeacertifiedBrazer(AMEWI2002-03)inallthebrazequalificationsfortheplant.
-3to5yearsof productionbrazingexperience.
-Abletodemonstrate&trainTraneBrazepracticestoBraze Candidates.
-AbletoteachnewBrazeCandidateshowtosafelyusebrazetorches,sanders,bandsawandrequiredPPE.
-Demonstrationofstrongcommunicationandpresentationskills.
-Showability touseMicrosoftOfficeapplications.
-Relevant 2-year technical degree preferred; however, relevant experience may be substituted for educational preference a plus.
-HVAC systems experience and understanding, or EPA 208 trained a plus
-Demonstrated initiative to seek work area improvement/personal development opportunities when not training.
-Mustbewillingto workallshiftsand flextosatisfycustomerdemand.Overtimemayberequired.
-TraneCoreemployeeswithnoactivedisciplineareeligibletoapply.
