Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services.

- Communicate clearly with clients to ensure understanding of their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
- Handle sales inquiries and promote additional services when appropriate.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing client information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
- A background in sales or client services is advantageous.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
