Who You Are
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be accountable for working with stakeholders, business partners, and end users to develop and evolve the technology vision and roadmap, curate and prioritize a backlog, and develop features and stories across various products and capabilities. You will be the primary point of escalation for product related questions including priority, trade-offs, and recommendations.
This role will be primarily focused on supporting internal solutions to support our Sales and Service agents .
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales , service and operations ) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise in the product development process. Act as the liaison between engineering and product teams to ensure feasible , scalable solutions.
Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and vision. Break down complex technical requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of product features. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through development and launch, including gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing feature releases.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, customer feedback, and market research to make informed decisions and continuously improve product features and functionality.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, work to mitigate them, and ensure product delivery remains on track.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Software Engineer, or a similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Preferred: Experience working with JavaScript/ TypeScript.
Proven experience in implementing APIs, including working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML, as well as testing APIs using tools like Postman or similar.
Strong experience with databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).
Highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments, with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change.
Familiarity with iterative software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, business partners, and executive leaders.
Proficient in using tools like JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent) to manage backlogs and document features and user stories.
Demonstrated success in facilitating sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.

Employee Type : Full-Time
Location : Remote, but travel is required 2-4 times per year for onsite meetings with Product and tech team.
Pay Range: 110 - 120k annual pay + bonus and/or commissions
