PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates in supply chain activities with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver).
- Optimizes supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands.
- Identifies supply chain opportunities and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, utilizing supply chain and lean tools.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors, team leads, logistics, and material handlers.
- Analyze opportunities for improved inventory accuracy and partnership with Manufacturing Operations
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Information Systems is preferred.
- 3-5 years of combined experience in Supply Chain Operations, Sourcing, or Logistics required.
- High level of competency for relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems
- Demonstrates capability to coach others in ERP systems, data mining and data reporting.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers.
- Advanced computer skills with experience in Excel, Outlook, and PowerBI.
- Actively participates in creation of own development plan.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience mentoring and/or training supply chain concepts to analysts and planners.

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255-$119,745.00
