Description and Requirements

The Client Service Analyst II is responsible for overall accountability for day-to-day support of multiple customers focusing on Life Products, Dental, Vision, and Disability coverages.

Success in this role requires a Client Service Analyst II who is responsible for committing to world class service, achieves the highest levels of organization, and who understands their daily contribution to the success of our organization. You’ll collaborate closely with our claims organization, underwriting, billing, sales, and other service professionals in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

Create dynamic relationships
Effectively and proficiently handle service inquiries
Manage all day-to-day responsibilities.
Develop strong customer relationships, and even stronger internal relationships.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

High School Diploma
Microsoft Office Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note)
2+ years of insurance experience

The salary range for applicants for this position is $22.16 - $27.88.
