Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their energy needs and provide information on solar solutions.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations.
- Develop customized proposals based on client requirements and financial considerations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients post-installation.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams or projects.
- Strong background in energy sales, particularly within the solar market.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Proficient in using software tools for sales management (e.g., Salesforce).
- Previous experience in solar sales or outside sales is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.

Pay: $80,482.00 - $120,522.00 per year
