Drug Test Technician w/Promotion Potential to Assistant Clinic Director
We are offering a position with room to grow into our team. If you have a clinic background, you will have the chance to grow beyond a technician role. If you have an administration background, you will be encouraged to utilize your administrative expertise and learn the clinic technician role.
Your role with our team will involve administrative duties such as customer service, data entry and telephone along with being a key member of our clinical testing team as well.
We will certify and train you to welcome, test and service our clients. We perform pre-employment and random "Non-Medical" drug testing for small to large businesses and individuals.
No medical experience is necessary, we provide all the certifications necessary during your orientation and training sessions. We are looking for career minded team members with administrative skills and outgoing people person qualities.
Work Monday through Friday. Limited duration night-time or weekend test events may be periodically scheduled by customers. Earn bonuses for night / weekend testing events.

PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY:
Prior sales experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
CPC Certified Professional Collector
BAT Breath Alcohol Technician
DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
Answering phones with a "High Level" of customer service
Data entry, filing reports with attention to detail
Excel/Word and ability to learn QuickBooks
Reporting test results via the internet or fax
Cleaning the testing rooms and office daily
Testing donors for drug, alcohol and DNA results (Non-Medical- no blood draws)
Processing the donor's specimen for testing (urine, saliva, hair, fingernail, and DNA)
What we are NOT looking for is a medical professional. Candidates do not need to be medical CNA’s, Nurses’ Aides and Medical Assistants.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
