Overview
We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various technical areas to maintain and repair building systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure building safety and compliance
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment performance
- Interpret schematics and blueprints for system repairs
- Operate scissor lifts for elevated maintenance tasks
- Conduct field service visits for equipment maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Proficiency in industrial mechanics and hydraulics
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
