Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) Consultant
- ERP consultant with proven project delivery record for Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) implementations. Ideally as a consultant but internal experts can also apply.
- Knowledge of/experience with PrintVis would be an excellent attribute.
- Proficient in configuring most of the modules in Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform (formally Dynamics NAV, Navision and also known as Business Central)
- Design and functionally architect financial management with integrated order management, inventory and procurement, and warehouse management solution
- Full life cycle implementations in Retail/ CPG/Distribution/Apparel/Manufacturing
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with key business users
- Deep knowledge of processes and aligned reporting needs
- Bachelor in Finance/Accounting or MIS will be a plus
- Seniority Level - Mid-Senior level
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products
- Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of NAV
- Lead one or more project teams through complex implementations
- Ability to perform discovery/diagnostic phase of the project and creatively design a solution to meet the client’s needs
- Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central clients
- Demonstration of product to existing and prospective clients
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years Dynamics 365 Business Central\NAV implementations experience a must.
- Well versed in embedded reporting & other 3rd party reporting tools. Jet Reports and Analytics a plus.
- Experience on multiple successful implementations with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Power Platform)
- Ability to translate experience in distribution or manufacturing environments to creatively solve client business/application issues
- Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business application
- Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors
- Open to travel
- Understanding of some of the more complex technical topics in Dynamics 365 Business Central\NAV
- Maintain a working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central\NAV and able to understand changes in order to anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts
- Travel up to 50% post COVID

- Certification on Dynamics 365 Business Central will be a plus
