Position Summary:
This is a great opportunity to join the CD19 NEX-T WW Commercial Team within the Cell Therapy Organization! With deep expertise in Cell Therapy and Immunology, BMS is in a leadership position to bring the transformational potential of CAR T cell therapy to patients with autoimmune diseases. CD19 NEX-T is a catalyst asset with the potential to be best-in-class CAR T cell therapy for autoimmune diseases.
This role will drive development and execution of market shaping initiatives to educate HCPs and patients about the transformational potential of CAR T cell therapy in autoimmune diseases such as lupus, myositis, scleroderma, multiple sclerosis, and myasthenia gravis. This role will report to VP, Cell Therapy Autoimmune Brand Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver insight-driven HCP-focused unbranded campaign and tactics
- Expand patient unbranded educational campaign and tactics to additional channels
- Support development of influencer strategy to support broader educational efforts in collaboration with Corporate Affairs and Global Patient Engagement teams
- Partner with Omnichannel partners to develop and continuously optimize HCP & patient media plans along with associated creative assets
- Partner with Indication Leads on strategic projects and prepare recommendations for GPT and CT Franchise leadership teams
- Lead Functional Plan for CD19 NEX-T brand team
- Support local market approvals including Veeva PromoMats, PReP process and working external agency partners
Qualifications & Experience:
- BS/BA degree required. Advanced degree (e.g. MBA, PharmD) preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in biopharma industry in commercial functions e.g. strategy, US/global marketing, sales, analytics or Med Comms agency
- Brand marketing (HCP or Patient) experience preferred
- Skilled in translating insights into sound marketing actions and business recommendations
- Relevant experience in Cell Therapy, Immunology or Neurology preferred
- Working knowledge in strategic planning, business planning, and quantitative projects
- Demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively collaborate, cooperate and work across boundaries internally and build strong external relationships in a matrixed environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the presence to interface with management teams across the company
- Proven agility in prioritizing and navigating competing demands
