Job Overview
Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced professional to set up an outreach service for our lead generation efforts using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Scope of Work:
The Consultant will provide expert guidance on the setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of CRM outreach services on Microsoft Dynamics. This includes:
* Initial configuration.
* Configuring CRM workflows, automation, and integrations to enhance outreach efficiency.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing CRM performance.
* Developing best practices for lead management, customer engagement, and reporting.
* Training team members on CRM functionalities and usage.
* Providing ongoing support and recommendations for improvements.
In Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the outreach service primarily falls under "Dynamics 365 Marketing" and "Sales (formerly Dynamics 365 for Sales)" with key features like:
Services may include:
* Customer Insights & Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) – for email campaigns, automation, and customer journey tracking.
* Sales Accelerator (within Dynamics 365 Sales) – for outreach automation, lead nurturing, and sequencing.
* Customer Service & Omnichannel Engagement – for personalized interactions across multiple communication channels.
* Power Automate Integration – for automating outreach workflows and follow-ups.
* PowerBI or related.
Term & Compensation:
The contract will be on a part-time/consulting basis for an agreed-upon duration. Compensation will be structured as an hourly rate or fixed fee based on the scope of work.
Confidentiality & Ownership:
All work performed, including configurations, strategies, and documentation, will be the exclusive property of the client. The Consultant must maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary and client information.
