Key Role:
Conduct and apply advanced health science expertise and advanced academic research skills to science and technology client challenges. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Apply expertise in life sciences such as laboratory science and public health consulting services to lead solutioning with current and prospective clients, including conceptualizing, designing, and implementing life sciences solutions to advance the client’s mission and maturity. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a delivery role focused on management, technology, and life sciences
5+ years of experience as a team leader and developing and mentoring junior staff to build scale
5+ years of experience in laboratory sciences
Knowledge of federal health industry partners and how to develop and implement teaming strategy for client delivery and specific bids
Ability to pull in a broad array of firm-wide capabilities, including IT, analytics, life sciences, cyber, and communications
Ability to integrate and tailor into a client capability briefing to help shape and influence thinking around client challenges
Ability to provide subject matter expertise to help drive branding with the health market and prospective clients
Ability to use delivery and BD tools and processes to drive effective client delivery and new capture efforts
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience within the federal health market, or Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience within the federal health market

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
