As a Project Controls Graduate at KBR, you will kickstart your career with hands-on, real-life experience across a diverse range of projects. You'll receive guidance and mentoring from seasoned professionals, helping you develop into a leading expert in your field.

This empowers you to expand your horizons beyond the job description, allowing you to grow in any direction you choose. Your practical experience will be complemented by regular training, providing a solid foundation to become a future leader with exceptional technical skills.
This is the perfect opportunity to put in to practise skills such as programming and data analysis, to help develop and maintain KBR’s financial controls systems. You will have the opportunity to learn core project controls disciplines such as cost control, scheduling and risk management.
In addition to your professional development, you'll have the opportunity to engage in social activities and industry events through our IMPACT Program. This will connect you with a national network of young professionals who share your excitement for the future.

Recent Graduate: You will graduate with a tertiary qualification in Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Construction Management or a related field between January 2025 and January 2026.
