As an Implementation Specialist, Planning, you will support financial advisors by handling the technical and administrative aspects of financial planning. Your role will focus on Plan Flow and Plan Forward service lines, ensuring advisors receive the structured support they need to deliver high-quality financial plans to their clients.
Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis
- Assist advisors by preparing financial planning documents, reports, and projections.
- Gather and organize client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital) to create plan models and recommendations.
- Analyze investment, insurance, and retirement scenarios based on advisor/client goals.
Adapting to Different Systems & Tools
- Work within various CRM, document management, and financial planning platforms.
- Stay adaptable and continuously learn new tools as advisor needs evolve.
Managing Multiple Priorities
- Support multiple advisors with unique client needs, workflows, and deadlines.
- Keep track of tasks and ensure timely completion of planning deliverables.
Collaboration & Support
- Communicate directly with advisors to understand their planning objectives.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve workflows and processes.
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
- Financial Planning Data Collection & Organization (40%)
- Gather, analyze, and input client financial information.
- Ensure all necessary details are complete and ready for planning.
- Financial Plan Preparation & Software Utilization (40%)
- Build and update financial plans using industry software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital.
- Create plan models, run projections, and help structure advisor recommendations.
- Client & Advisor Communication (20%)
- Maintain clear, concise records and provide updates to advisors.
- Draft emails, conduct research, and support administrative needs as required.
- Available between 9am-5pm Eastern time and can meet strict deadlines
✔ CFP® (or equivalent financial planning experience).
✔ At least 2 years of experience working in a financial planning or paraplanning role.
✔ Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, including investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
✔ Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital.
✔ Ability to manage multiple workflows and shifting priorities effectively.
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
✔ Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work (U.S. Citizen or Valid Work Permit).
✔ Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
