Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our CORE Finance Program, part of our Enterprise Rotational Programs (ERP) team. This role is responsible for developing the next generation of finance leaders through structured rotations, coaching, and professional development. This role combines strategic program design, stakeholder management, driving business impact, talent development & coaching, and operational excellence to create an exceptional experience for early-career finance professionals.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Design
- Design and continuously improve a comprehensive 2-year rotational program curriculum spanning multiple finance functions
- Partner with Finance leadership to identify meaningful rotation opportunities that provide exposure to core business operations and strategic initiatives
- Establish program KPIs and success metrics, regularly reporting on outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Drive program innovation based on participant feedback, industry trends, and organizational priorities
Program Operations & Execution
- Manage 30 CORE Finance participants to include performance management, assess development needs, create career growth plans, provide ongoing coaching and design and manage compensation plans for participants.
- Manage end-to-end program operations including onboarding, rotation matching & transitions, participant coaching, and program launch
- Coordinate with rotation managers to ensure clear objectives, projects, and development goals for each participant
- Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback sessions with program participants and their managers
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development activities
- Manage program budget and resources effectively
- Supporting recruitment efforts and intern program execution in partnership with ERP Recruiting & Internship program manager
Participant Development & Support
- Serve as primary coach and advisor to program participants, providing guidance on career development and rotation choices
- Support program participants in creating individualized development plans
- Facilitate networking opportunities and exposure to senior leadership
- Provide regular feedback and coaching, including a focus on performance management
- Support participants through rotation transitions and eventual launch placement into permanent roles
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance leadership team and rotation managers
- Partner with HR & Finance partners on headcount, recruitment strategy, compensation, and program policies
- Present program updates and success metrics to executive sponsors
- Drive cross-Enterprise connections, both from a talent and business opportunity perspective, with the expectation that this level of purview comes with great responsibility to extend across the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in program management or talent development
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing early-career development programs
- Strong understanding of various finance functions and career paths
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Track record of developing and coaching early-career talent
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a rotational program (as participant or manager
- Experience with program design and curriculum development
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training design
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
