The Titles Processor is responsible for working collaboratively within a team environment to ensure that auto loan title processing is accurate, compliant, efficient, effective, and performed within established policies and procedures. The Titles Processor will verify and audit loan documents and title documents for accuracy, prepare documents to be submitted to state motor vehicle agencies, provide consistent and timely follow up to customers and business partners, make outbound calls and take inbound calls, and perform other titles processing related duties.
