Description:We are Lockheed MartinLockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will lead and oversee multiple functional areas within electrical fabrication, sub-assembly, junction modules, overhead equipment, and interconnect harness assemblies. You will play a key role in managing production operations, driving efficiency, and leading a represented workforce to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Lead Manufacturing Operations – Supervise the electrical and electronics workforce, ensuring on-time production and quality standards are met.

Optimize Resource Utilization – Manage manpower, schedules, and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Identify & Resolve Issues – Analyze and address technical and personnel challenges while implementing solutions for continuous improvement.

Develop & Train Teams – Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, and work assignments to build a high-performing team.

Monitor & Improve Performance – Establish and maintain meaningful metrics to track production goals, quality, and efficiency.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
