Job Description
** This role is a Fixed term Contract (FTC) until the end of December 2025**
Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for very complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, performs in depth analysis, interprets results and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company for customer and employee populations.
Acquires data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting.
Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action.
Responsibilities
Technical position which participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects – ranging from new workstreams to enhancements of existing programs.
Interfaces with internal and external resources, ensuring successful and timely completion of projects in accordance with user defined requirements and expectations.
Ability to cultivate relationships with internal Technology partners such as DBA, Data Source, and Reliability Engineering Teams.
Other accountabilities include reporting on project activities, sizing projects, tracking time, testing, user documentation and technical documentation.
Duties may also include escalating and resolving production issues with mainframe systems or existing visual basic programs.
Ensures all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Excellent analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Working knowledge of corporate banking and its general structure, banking operations, product life-cycles, and performance management systems preferred
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
