Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
As a Creative Project Manager at Trane Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of creative projects, overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for design, content, and video production projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and videographers, to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Define project deliverables and establish clear project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate project resources to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project milestones. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, facilitating regular project status meetings, providing timely updates, and addressing feedback and concerns.
- Maintain project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, and resource allocation records.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, design, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience as a project manager in a creative agency, marketing department, or related field, with a track record of successfully managing design, content, or video production projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in project management software (e.g., Asana).
- Solid knowledge of design, content, and video production processes, with an understanding of best practices and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus. Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $63,500-112,850
