What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, including stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Create and optimize web applications using ASP.NET for back-end and React, jQuery, and Node.js for front-end.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end systems.
- Analyze and improve SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
- Build interactive, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure security best practices are followed for data protection and application integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and continuously improve your skills.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- 4–6 years of experience in programming principles, methods, and technologies.
- 3-5 years of SQL programming experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Experience with data management tools such as enterprise repositories, data modeling, data quality, and data mapping tools.
- Proficiency in ETL development and data integration processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize database performance for efficiency and scalability.
- Experience designing and implementing database structures to support business applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
What would be great to have:
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Web development experience using .NET.
- Power BI experience.
- Background in the financial industry or payment processing.
