Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly skilled Level Associate or Experienced Mission Systems Integration & Verification Engineer to join our team working on the T-7 platform the St. Louis, MO region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration and verification activities of the Mission Systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements as part of the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) capability.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead the integration and verification of mission systems testing activities, ensuring all systems meet performance and safety specifications and requirements
Actively participates in development of flight test readiness reviews, test plan and test matrix development
Coordinates with Flight test POCs for test execution, including test coverage support and test monitoring for collection of data and reports for verification activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues and ensure successful integration
Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design improvements and corrective actions
Support the development of airframe specifications and requirements documentation
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members
Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to ensure Mission Systems are designed for testability and manufacturability
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to airframe integration and verification
Tracks and updates tasking progress on a weekly basis
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Minimum of 2-4 years (based on level) or equivalent experience in mission systems integration and verification, with a focus on military or commercial aircraft
Strong knowledge of mission systems, avionics, and related technologies
Experience with test planning, execution, and data analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with the T-7 platform or similar aircraft programs
Knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to aircraft design and testing (e.g., FAA, MIL-STD)
Proficient in using engineering tools and software for modeling, simulation, and analysis

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 2: $81,600 - 110,400
Level 3: $97,750 - $132,250
