What does a successful Sr Finance Data Automation Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Finance Data Automation Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting current state business process automations. Additionally, you will be involved in the creation, development, and implementation of novel automations and integrations supporting a two- year initiative to transform Billing source file automation within the Financial Institutional organization
What you will do:
- Manage and maintain existing business process automations across multiple Billing, Collections and Cash application teams.
- Perform data analysis on large volumes of transactional data.
- Participate in future state design sessions leveraging an automation toolset alongside the business process owners.
- Assist with the build, deploy and training phase of our enterprise automations.
- Support our community of 'automates', participating in local User Group training sessions and on-line Use Case build sessions.
- Travel Required: Once a month
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years experience with SQL, relational database or data transformation practical application
- 1+ years of finance, data analytics, accounting and/or billing experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Prior experience with large ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Peoplesoft
- Prior experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI or similar drag and drop automation tools such as UI Path, relational databases such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server or Oracle
- Ability to collect, aggregate, analyze and interpret data
