As a Production Specialist (Level 3) in Marietta, GA, you will play a key role in supporting aircraft production and maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Production Specialist, you will:
• Train and mentor team members to ensure proficiency in following instructions and resolving structural or mechanical issues.
• Work closely with management to coordinate job requirements and work assignments.
• Step into a leadership role during management absences to ensure workflow continuity.
• Support production operations by troubleshooting and resolving structural and mechanical concerns.
• Perform and oversee sheet metal work on aircraft structures.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet schedule requirements and production goals.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
