Who You Are
You'll perform as Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Management, Staff, Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing
You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Experienced self-starter, with sense of urgency; handling multiple tasks and dealing with competing priorities
Experience issuing request for proposals (RFP/RFQ), analyzing bids (supplier proposal), or in contract negotiations
Experience in Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
Desired Skills:
Experience coaching and/or mentoring
Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
Experience knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
Experience in negotiating proposals that met the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold
Ability to engage supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues
Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS).
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
Strong Problem solving skills
Self motivated and demonstrated sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work with all levels of management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
