How you will contribute:
- Oversees project management team’s efforts targeting, cultivating and securing business opportunities for key customers and identified potential customers.
- Assist RVP, BMs, and Sales Associates with the development, communication, and implementation of annual business plans, marketing forecasting, sales, and operation expenses.
- Collaborates with RVP, BMs, and sales associates to promote our quotations division and capabilities.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining high level relationships with key customers, vendors, sales associates, community leaders, and branch staff.
- Recommend sales and bid strategies for profitable growth
- Directs and coordinates team to assure they provided quotations and services to promote quality customer service.
- Develop staff through training, performance management, and annual performance review planning.
- Remains current with lighting solutions and technology to maximize our ability to provide solutions.
- Provides support for product selection and recommendations for product focus.
What you bring:
- Passion- for the field of electrical distribution, lighting products and their application, and people management.
- Education- Bachelors degree in business management or related field, or equivalent of education and job experience.
- Experience- 3+ years of experience in business management including the application of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, forecasting, human resources, leadership technique. Electrical distribution industry experience strongly preferred.
- Soft skills- people management skills, problem solving and analytical thinking skills, strong communication skills, and proven organizational skills. Also, must possess the ability to resolve customer issues and be forward facing with customers.
- Technical skills- ERP software experience and computer skills and MS Office suite skill.
