Electrical Designer

These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
KBR is looking for an Associate Designer under direct supervision, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. With additional experience within one functional area, assists in the design of larger and more complex assignments which involve conventional types of plans, investigations and surveys with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Update piping & instrumentation drawings based on red lines.
- Interacts with engineering and leadership team members
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
- 2+ years demonstrated experience with computer assisted design (CAD) software AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- 3D experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Strong communication skills are required along with ability to work in a cohesive team
