Description:We are Lockheed MartinLockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will lead multiple functional areas of manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING•
Oversee Manufacturing Operations – Manage day-to-day machining, assembly, and sheet metal processes to ensure on-time production and quality standards.

Drive Performance & Cost Reduction – Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
•
Lead & Develop Teams – Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessments. Manage work assignments, salary decisions, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Ensure Compliance & Safety – Maintain adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
•
Optimize Processes – Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and workflow.
•
Collaborate Across Functions – Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to drive manufacturing excellence.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
