The Boeing Company’s Technology Governance & Optimization (TG&O) organization is currently seeking an Information Technology Asset Management Senior Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Kent, WA; Saint Charles, MO; or Plano, TX.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive TAM strategy aligned with business objectives, including roadmap planning, budget management, and resource allocation
Lead, mentor, and develop the TAM team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance, retirement, and disposal
Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for TAM
Implement and manage a robust Software Asset Management (SAM) program to optimize software licensing, ensure compliance, and minimize costs
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, data security regulations, and other relevant industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks related to IT asset management
Manage the TAM budget and identify opportunities for cost savings through asset optimization and efficient procurement practices
Provide regular reporting on asset visibility, registration, and compliance gaps
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including IT teams, Engineering teams, finance, procurement, legal, and business units, to ensure alignment and support for the TAM program
Evaluate and improve TAM processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Implement automation where possible
Evaluate, select, implement, and manage TAM tools to support the program's objectives
Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards on key TAM metrics, providing insights into asset utilization, cost optimization, and compliance status
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in IT asset management in both software and hardware asset management
10+ years of experience in developing and implementing ITAM strategies and programs
10+ years of experience in IT asset lifecycle management best practices
10+ years of experience with ITAM tools and technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow)
10+ years of experience collaborating with various stakeholders
5+ years of experience in software licensing models and contract negotiation
5+ years of experience in audit methodologies and processes
5+ years of experience in budget management and financial analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Information Technology certifications (e.g., ITIL, CSAM)
Experience working in a global environment
Experience working in a heavily matrixed environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $174,250 – $251,850
