The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to join the team in Seattle, WA.
Step into the role of Senior Salesforce Architect at Boeing, where you will lead the design and sustainment of scalable, secure solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem for our global commercial, defense, and services businesses. You’ll ensure the integrity of our implementations in sales, service, marketing, Configuration Price Quote (CPQ), analytics, and data clouds.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads Salesforce road-mapping, solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practice
Collaborates with business, technology, and supplier partners to understand their processes, goals, and challenges, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Conducts thorough analysis of requirements and provide recommendations on Salesforce features, functionalities, and customizations
Develops comprehensive technical designs, including data models, integration points, and security models, to support the implementation of Salesforce solutions
Provides guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards
Collaborates with agile development teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
Conducts regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions
Stays up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations on how to leverage them to improve our Salesforce implementations
Acts as a subject matter expert for the enterprise on Salesforce, providing guidance, governance, compliance assurance, and support to internal teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Certifications in Salesforce including Architect, Developer, Consultant, Administrator, and/or Design
5+ years of experience in architecting solutions and integrations across Salesforce platforms with solution implementation for complex business requirements
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Salesforce Lightning
Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce data architecture, including data modeling, integration patterns, data governance, and security best practices to ensure scalability and compliance
Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and integrating Salesforce with other systems
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $130,900 – $177,100
