Job Description: What Youll Do Responsible for the review and development of policy content across all network Operating Regulations applicable to Issuers, Acquirers and Merchants. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to accurately document partner requirements for compliance. Works with Legal and governing bodies to approve new policy for external publication. Produces accurate and effective policy content in accordance with business requirements, SOPs and controls, and established network release deadlines. How You'll Do It Develop new policy content in support of business needs, ensuring policy addresses all requirements and is aligned across Discover and DCI networks and the industry, when applicable. Work with internal business partners, Legal, and applicable governing bodies to confirm policy and obtain approval prior to external publication. Ongoing review of existing policy content to confirm content is relevant, aligned with industry when applicable, and accurate. Work with internal business partners, Legal, and applicable governing bodies to document revisions and obtain required approvals prior to publication. Leads and/or participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Products, Infrastructure, Client Support, and others to develop policy content. Present and/or participate in client-facing forums to solicit VOC feedback as needed. Ensure accurate tracing of document assignments and retention of draft files and all related materials in team repositories in accordance with retention policies. Maintain and operate in accordance with documented procedures and controls. Qualifications You'll Need The Basics Bachelors Communications, English Studies, Business Administration or Management 4+ years Business to business communications, policy or contract writing, technical writing, or related field. Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
