Company: FULLPRESS
Location: Remote/US-Based
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Us:
FULLPRESS is a fast-growing Salesforce consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for clients spanning various industries. Our team of Salesforce experts collaborates closely with customers to maximize their investments, streamline operations, and achieve ambitious growth targets. We foster a culture of continuous learning, integrity, and inclusivity.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and intellectually curious Associate Salesforce CPQ Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will learn to design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) solutions under the guidance of experienced mentors. You’ll be involved in projects that improve sales efficiencies, enhance product configuration, and optimize pricing strategies for our clients.
This position is ideal for recent graduates from top-tier universities who are eager to apply their analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and passion for technology in a rapidly evolving environment. While a background in Finance, Economics, Philosophy, or Engineering is valued, what matters most is your willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a cutting-edge consulting setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration & Customization: Assist in setting up Salesforce CPQ product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and quote templates.
- Process Improvement: Work alongside senior engineers to identify and address system inefficiencies, helping clients streamline their sales and quoting processes.
- Collaborative Development: Contribute to project deliverables, learning to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable configurations and basic custom code.
- Testing & QA: Support testing activities, ensuring configurations meet functionality, performance, and quality benchmarks.
- Knowledge Building: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to deepen your understanding of Salesforce CPQ and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Employee Traits We Demand (Consulting is about people):
- Mental Resilience: Adaptable and positive, able to thrive amid rapid changes and new technologies.
- Detail-Oriented: Precision and initiative are essential; self-motivation, discipline, and a proactive approach ensure high-quality results.
- Be a Leader: Even at entry-level, demonstrate leadership potential, integrity, and teamwork. Leaders proactively solve problems, stick to their commitments, and support their colleagues and clients.
- Problem Solver: Hands-on technical aptitude, a readiness to deepen Salesforce expertise, and the emotional intelligence to understand client needs. We value doers who deliver results, not just presentation skills.
- Commitment to Excellence: A relentless focus on client success, striving for top-tier performance and continuous improvement in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a respected university. Degrees in Finance, Economics, Philosophy, or any Engineering discipline are welcome.
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Interest: A keen interest in learning about Salesforce, cloud computing, and CPQ solutions.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Initiative & Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, take on challenges, and continuously seek professional development.
What We Offer:
- Competitive entry-level compensation and comprehensive benefits.
- Mentorship and training from experienced Salesforce CPQ professionals.
- Opportunities to earn Salesforce and CPQ-related certifications.
- A supportive, collaborative work environment that nurtures growth.
- The chance to make a meaningful impact on client success early in your career.
