What does a successful Client Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Client Manager, you will provide Level 2 support for the SMB Direct portfolio, focusing on client solution penetration, education, and issue resolution ownership. By increasing overall client satisfaction, you will support Fiserv's revenue growth through enhanced retention and increased product/service penetration.
What you will do:
- Support the retention and growth of the SMB Direct portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction through maintaining overall relationships with clients.
- Resolve simple inquiries directly and facilitate the resolution of moderate to complex inquiries by coordinating with customers and other internal Fiserv areas, maintaining clear communication on topics such as pricing models, funding, and compression management.
- Work with small to medium-sized accounts with multi-product platforms/environments to deepen the penetration of Fiserv products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles, including contract information, communication logs, and product matrices.
- Educate customers on relevant industry information and provide training on products, reporting, and self-service tools.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management, specifically in payment processing.
- High school diploma and/or GED.
What would be great to have:
- 2-year degree or equivalent work experience and/or equivalent military experience.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, team player with good planning and problem-solving skills, willing to work outside traditional service parameters.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision towards the achievement of personal and team goals.
Important info about this role:
- Department hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM EST to 6PM EST. Must have availability to work shifts until 6PM EST.
- In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
