This position will be responsible for assembling, preparing and reviewing commercial closing documents for loans/lease transactions; the initial boarding and funding of deals/transactions/facilities onto accounting systems of record. This may include in depth review of collateral, legal agreements and credit approvals to ensure final executed details are captured accurately and regulatory and company requirements are met.
In this role, you will:- Assist with pre-close and post-close activities for commercial, commercial real estate and problem loans
- Coordinate loan closings with customers
- Perform customer, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenance
- Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
- Receive direction from manager and exercise independent judgment
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage an assigned portfolio of loans
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Commercial loan and lease documentation, preparation, or review experience
- Experience with documentation audit and loan/lease funding
- Ability to research, compile, and present critical operational data
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and multitask
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Siebel
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Job Expectations:- This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8AM -5PM. Hours may change due to business need.
