Title:

Position Title:   Senior Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

•  Developing and maintaining a comprehensive corporate reporting system, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency in reporting processes.

•  Designing and implementing automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

•  Preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

•  Performing data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support management in strategic decision-making.

•  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources, including newly implemented systems (Presto, eVaria, MS Dynamics).

•  Supporting the digital transformation initiatives by enhancing reporting processes in line with KBR and SOCAR standards.

•  Providing training and guidance to Project Controls team members to improve their proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data management tools.

Ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards and maintaining data integrity across all reporting channels.

Skills, Qualifications and Technical Skills:  

•  A high level of accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting

•  Advanced level in Azerbaijani and English

•  Advanced level in reporting tools (MS Access, MS Excel, Power Query, DAX, Power BI)

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, planning and engineering, provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and profitability.
