Boeing Mexico is seeking Labour Relations Specialist, reporting to the Labour Relations Manager, working out of the Tijuana office.
The Labour Relations Specialist will join the Labour Relations team – we work closely to several different stakeholders (Legal, Privacy, Business Leaders and other HR areas) to provide labour relations advice.
Position Responsibilities:
• Develops advanced job practices, techniques, and standards.
• Develops new job applications based on professional principles, theories, and concepts.
• Recognized as a job expert within the company and consultant to top management.
• Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
• Develops solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Initiates assignments under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives.
• Serves as prime consultant and external spokesperson for the company on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Must have existing rights to work in Mexico
• Must have a Bachelor Degree and/or typically 08-12 (or more) years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English and Spanish Language
• In depth experience of General Human Resources processes and/or Labour Relations
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Solid/strong knowledge in all HR products: Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Planning, Global Mobility, Employee Engagement, Merge & Acquisitions, Labor & Industrial Relation and Talent Management.
