Client Technical Support Professional

What does a successful Client Support Specialist do?

As a successful Client Support Specialist, you are highly motivated, with strong analytical and technical skills, to solve complex application and configuration issues for Fiserv's Premier clients. You will be responsible for addressing support inquiries on a problem-to-solution level through troubleshooting, collaborating with different teams, managing client expectations, and accurately documenting root cause analysis.

What you will do:

  • Respond, investigate, and resolve production application system issues following documented procedures and solutions
  • Analyze custom product configurations and settings to enhance product performance or functionality
  • Escalate and engage other support groups when necessary to meet service targets for resolution quality and timeliness
  • Accurately and concisely document production support issues for root cause analysis and operational/management reporting
  • Prioritize case load based upon client urgency and impact while maintaining client expectations, ensuring a superior client experience 

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent, with relevant experience
  • 2+ years of Client Support experience
  • Flexibility in work hours, including an on-call rotation

What would be great to have:

  • Customer Service experience in a bank or financial institution
  • Troubleshooting/Strong problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn
