About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to own the delivery of AI-powered agents within our Finance and HR ecosystem. You will be responsible for working at high velocity to experiment, innovate, develop, iterate and scale AI agents, collaborating closely with domain-specific Product Managers to maximize the impact of our technology.
This role requires a unique combination of execution speed, inspiration and a deep curiosity about emerging AI techniques. You will play a key role in shaping our approach to AI agents, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive real business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive your roadmap for AI agent development, focusing on speed, security, scalability and impact.
Leads through influence and applies strategic understanding of the company's big picture
Collaborate with domain expert Product Managers to identify the best use cases for role based AI agents within Finance and HR.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and research teams to define requirements, prioritize features and execute on delivery.
Listen and work closely with our customers to quickly test during agent development and define the go to market approach
Communicate new capabilities to stakeholders clearly
Participate in customer-facing situations and user conferences as a product expert
Learn and implement best practices in agent evaluations, security, cost and performance optimization.
Define key success metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Inspire and lead teams by articulating a compelling vision for AI agents and their role in transforming our customers' workdays.
Stay on top of advancements in AI/ML, LLM-based agents, and automation technologies, applying them effectively to our product strategy.
About You
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience
5+ years carrying out scrum and other agile development methods
5+ years of experience with SaaS

A product person at heart (passion for innovation & AI a bonus)
An AI first mindset
Very strong technical competence
Individual initiative & ownership – driven by results, and motivated by impact
Steadfast focus on user-centric design, data, research, and well-honed judgment
Proven track record to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence senior executives and peers alike, and mediate across various partners
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
