Description:You will be a member of the Integrated Technical Operations Center (ITOC) team, supporting the Rotary Wing Sensors and Apache programs. Our team is responsible for guiding the successful completion of major programs, providing technical expertise, and representing the organization as a prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
What You Will Be Doing As an ITOC team member, you will be responsible for performing technical tasks, analyzing data, and resolving complex technical issues related to the TADS/PNVS and FCR systems. You will work closely with engineering teams, contractor field service representatives, and international customers to identify and resolve technical problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting TADS/PNVS and FCR ITOC program activities
• Analyzing FRACAS trends to identify system improvements
• Developing and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations
• Compiling and analyzing performance reports and process control statistics
• Performing Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
• Providing technical training and support to customers and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or technical discipline
• Experience with trouble shooting and identifying failures in a sustainment environment.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements and to extract data.
• Ability to review data and statuses and derive trends.
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
Desired Skills:• A high degree of Information Technology skills to allow development of minor software routines to perform data compilation for trends analysis, graphical presentations, and reports generation are preferred.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment.
• Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and current modeling tools and techniques.
• Ability to read reports and interpret data.
• Experience interacting with management and customers.
• Attention to details is paramount to compare results with multiple data sets.
• Previous internship or work study program with DoD contractor or military affiliation
• Prior military experience
• Experience with AH-64 Apache sensors maintenance activities and operations

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
