We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 1 Project Engineer to support the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program as part of the cross-corporation 1LMX effort. As a Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a highly transformative and innovative program, shaping and implementing enterprise transformation capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical liaison to NGI Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working closely with them to integrate 1LMX digital capabilities into program workflows
• Provide technical support to IPTs to ensure successful adoption of 1LMX capabilities
• Identify program gaps and opportunities where 1LMX capabilities can add value, and work with IPTs to implement solutions
• Collaborate with MDA Digital Engineering and IT teams to achieve a tighter "Integrated Digital Data Environment" (IDDE)
• Support the onboarding of 1LMX digital capabilities onto the NGI program, including coordinating with IPT leadership and other stakeholders
• Work with the Digital Transformation Manager to provide updates on the program's digital transformation adoption progress, highlighting successes and areas for support
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or related field), or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance
• US Citizenship is required
Desired Skills:• Experience with digital transformation and business process improvement
• Familiarity with 1LMX transformation capabilities and their application in a program environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and program management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
