What you will do:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the POS and payments technology sector.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyse team performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement plans for improvement as necessary.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer communication and outreach.
Sales Process Optimization:
