Business Analyst Program – Project Management
The Fiserv Business Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assessments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period. Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech!
What does a successful Business Analyst-Project Management do?
We are looking for proactive analysts to join our team! This track within the Business Analyst Program will give you the opportunity in managing Robotics Process Automation/AI, encompassing new development, production support, business and client reporting, and technical merchant account setup.
What you will do:
Support and enhance Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives, driving innovation across various business processes.
Engage in new development projects to optimize efficiency and streamline workflows, ensuring that cutting-edge solutions are implemented.
Provide robust production support to maintain system performance and resolve issues promptly, guaranteeing a smooth operational experience.
Oversee business and client reporting to deliver insightful analytics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage technical merchant account setups, ensuring all configurations are correct and aligned with best practices, while effectively coordinating project management tasks for successful execution.
What you will need to have:
Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Management or Operations
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
3.0+ GPA
0-2 years of professional work experience
What would be great to have:
Familiarity with Excel;PowerBi;SQL;VBA, UiPath
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
