What does an Onboarding Manager do at Fiserv?
The BentoBox Marketing and Commerce Platform delivers a seamless guest experience dedicated to accelerating growth and helping restaurants thrive. BentoBox empowers modern restaurants to build their online presence, diversify revenue, engage with diners, and increase operational efficiency. To do so, the platform includes products such as websites, ordering (online ordering, pre-order & catering, gift cards, merchandise, tickets), events management, and marketing tools.
What you will do:
Be the first to welcome a new customer after they completed the sales process
Have kick-off and revisions calls with customers regarding their websites
Manage tasks with our design and content teams
Conduct website quality assurance (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
Own a queue of 40-50 customers and hit your onboarding timelines
Train customers on the platform, their menu, various integrations (social, reservations, etc.), and all other aspects of the product
Help shape future product development based on customer feedback and insights
Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values
What you need to have:
2+ years experience working within a SaaS company in sales, onboarding/implementation, customer success, or support
Proven ability to be hyper-organize and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects all at different stages of the onboarding process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in problem-solving and comfortable with setting clear expectations

Basic understanding of how a website is structured, designed, and hosted
Experience with standard CRM systems, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
