Description:You will be the Sustainment Engineer for the After Market Enterprises (AME) team, responsible for ensuring the integration, logistics, and sustainment planning for the lifecycle of our products. Our team is responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and stakeholders, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our ranks.
What You Will Be Doing As the Sustainment Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and Field Service Representatives to ensure seamless communication and support. You will work closely with multiple disciplines, including engineering, logistics, and field support teams, to develop and maintain reports, data analysis, and other technical documentation.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience/combined education
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving/warehousing activities
• Able to execute warehouse tasks that involve lifting items that weigh 40 lbs
• Able to operate material handling equipment (pallet stacker, forklift, etc)
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
• Proficiency/experience using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience troubleshooting the M270A1 and/or HIMARS launchers.
• Must possess a detailed understanding of the MLRS M270A1 and/or HIMARS system to include: fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of MLRS M270A1/HIMARS electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems.
Desired Skills:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
• Technical writing experience and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups.
• Experience with the government DD250 Process
Familiar with Electrostatic Discharge Procedures
• Electric standup pallet stacker or forklift experience
• Experience with the Army supply system
• Military experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
