Description:We are Lockheed MartinControl Account Manager (CAM): This position is within the Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) Detail Design team, a part of the Test and Evaluation organization. As the System Design authority for F-35 FTI System engineering, the team is responsible for researching, designing, supporting, lab testing, installing, and managing FTI systems to facilitate the collection of high-fidelity flight test data.. The successful candidate for the FTI Detail Design CAM will be responsible for all assigned Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities within this team. The candidate will also be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance reporting throughout the lifecycle of the program. This individual will monitor execution of all authorized tasks, identify and resolve performance issues, and ensure the completion of contract requirements across multiple projects, concurrently.
This individual must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the candidate will provide leadership that includes developing cost estimates and related documentation including basis of estimates, statements of work, Ground Rules & Assumptions, etc. in response to requests for proposals, cost estimates, and Rough Order of Magnitudes for future tasks.

Basic Qualifications:• BS Degree in Business or related degree (accounting, finance, marketing, etc.)
• Prior experience in ensuring cost, schedule, and technical success
• Earned Value Management Experience
Desired Skills:• Experience with engineering estimation and BOE development
• CAM/EVM experience
• Experience identifying IMS forecast and baseline changes via schedule change requests and "what if" schedules
• Proven experience with standard EVM practices and procedures, tools (PM Compass, Aero Editor and Microsoft Project), schedule creation/management, and EVM cost baselining
• Experience supporting internal and external customer audits
• Previous project lead experience and budget management experience as well as Risk and Opportunity Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment with dynamic priorities and varying work tasks
• Excellent communication and analytical skills (verbal and written), with ability to brief Executive Leadership
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical/financial data in a concise and effective manner

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
